Now, straight off the bat, I'll be 21 next january, so I don't have much experience with wine but I am interested in learning. Where are some of the premiere vinyards on LI and are they solely concentrated on the North Fork? I don't think I know any south fork vineyards.

Welcome to the very first message from the Long Island Wine Club. What I hope to achieve here is a lively discussion on all things wine. Since we're all here because we love the grape I eventually would like for those interested to get together for blind tastings, wine parties and wine nights at various restaurants and such throughout the Long Island area.
